1. The minimum purchase is 1 kilobyte = 1$. 
2. When you buy bytes you will not own any part of the page or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit your file and link which will then be published on the homepage and linked to your file
3. You cannot change the file once you have submitted it.
4. If your file is accepted and published on the homepage, and you decide to remove it you cannot get a refund.
5. You can get a refund if your file is rejected once you upload and submit it.
6. If for whatever reason in the future you want your file removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again
7. Any file that isn’t yours, that is hacked, cracked, stolen, estranged, that insults anyone in any way or that can damage any person in any way will not be accepted.
8. Your file must not harm anyone in way.
9. You agree those files you upload are 100% safe, no viruses. That it is yours, you have rights to it and it is not stolen or estranged.
10. You are responsible for files you upload.
    I will not accept files with these types of content:
    • Pornography, adult or mature content
    • Violent content
    • Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organization
    • Excessive profanity
    • Hacking/cracking content
    • Gambling or casino-related content
    • Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content
    • Sales of beer or hard alcohol
    • Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products
    • Sales of prescription drugs
    • Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns)
    • Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
    • Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays
    • Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails
    • Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
11. The site and homepage will be online for as long as I can support it (starting from the day it is launched).
12. You must have the authority to provide the file you submit
13. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your file goes live on the homepage
14. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared I will aim to get your file online within 24-48 hours
15. If money is not received within 24-48 hours, your file will be deleted.
16. Owner of the file have a right to contact me and ask for file removal, but he/she must prove his/hers ownership.
